Sustainable consumption and local economy
To make visible the consumption of fish as a source of health, fish from local and sustainable fishing thanks to the collaboration with the Federación Nacional de Cofradías de Pescadores, which will supply the product (clam, shrimp, bonito, hake, conger eel and sardine) for the staff catering, VIP area, the Open Media day of the Spanish national team and the Closing Ceremony.
Collaboration also with the special employment center, Vivero Los Pinares, in the production of bouquets for athletes.
